Another mistake is that people dry their skin unnecessarily. If there are two or three rashes on the face, it is not necessary to treat the entire skin area with a drying cream. It should be applied locally. This excessive drying subsequently dehydrates the skin, creates flakes, and worsens sebum production. And subsequently we struggle with other problems and get into a vicious circle.

In older years and mature skin, we also encounter acne. It is important to adjust the diet, hormonal balance and avoid stress. Cosmetic preparations can also help us with adult acne. However, mechanical exfoliation should be omitted and replaced with chemical exfoliation.
